Accepted payment methods
We accept payment by one of the following methods:
- Cash on delivery.
- Electronic payment via the Zain Al-Mustaqbal payment gateway for general trade.
Electronic payment transactions are conducted through a secure payment gateway, and Al-Khamis Group's store does not store bank card data on the site.
Payment data is encrypted and processed through the payment service provider, and the payment process is subject to the terms and policies of the service provider.
If there is any issue related to the payment process, the customer can contact customer service to follow up on the order and verify the payment status.
Security and Protection of Payment Data

We do not keep the customer's bank card details, and payment information is entered directly through the approved payment gateway.
