General products and devices: The customer has the right to return or exchange phones, accessories, and electrical devices within14 daysfrom the date of receiving the product.

The product must be inits original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The product must be in itssealed original packagingand accompanied by all its accessories, attachments, and original manuals.

Attachthe original purchase invoiceor the electronic order number issued from our site.

The returned product will be inspected by the quality department upon its arrival to ensure its safety.

After the return request is approved, the amount will be refundedusing the original payment method(Knet / Visa):

  • It may take (7 to 14) business days for the amount to appear in your bank account according to the policy of the card-issuing bank.

    • Orders are usually delivered within 36 to 48 hours from the date of order confirmation in Kuwait.
  • Is delivery service available outside of Kuwait?

    • Currently, we only deliver within Kuwait, and we are working on providing international shipping soon.

  • What is the return or exchange period?

    • You can return or exchange the product within14 daysfrom the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and in its sealed packaging.
  • I have opened the phone/device box, can I return it?

    • Sorry, phones or electronic devices cannot be returned if their original packaging has been opened or they have been used, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  • How long does it take to get my money back after a return?

    • After inspecting the product and ensuring its condition, the amount will be refunded to your bank card within (3 to 7) business days according to your bank's policy.

🔧 Warranty and Maintenance

  • Do electrical devices and phones come with a warranty?

    • Yes, all electronic and electrical devices are covered by the official agent's warranty in Kuwait against manufacturing defects.

There is a manufacturing defect or error in the order.: The ALHAMIS Group bears all shipping and delivery costs for receiving and replacing the product.

Change of customer opinion: If the customer wishes to return without any defect in the product (within the 14-day period and provided the packaging is not opened), the customer bearsthe full delivery fees, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
