  • Within Kuwait: Orders are delivered within 36 to 48 working hours from the date of order confirmation.
  • Working Days: Deliveries are made every day of the week except for official holidays and events.

🚚 Delivery Costs

  • Fixed Fees: Delivery costs vary by area (nearby areas / distant areas such as Jahra and Ahmadi), and the cost is accurately displayed on the checkout page.
  • Free Shipping: The group may offer free shipping promotions when the purchase value exceeds a certain limit (you can specify the value here, such as: 20 K.D.).

📍 Shipment Receipt Conditions

  • Address Confirmation: The customer must accurately write the address (area, plot, street, avenue, house) and a reachable phone number for contact.
  • Inspection upon Receipt: The customer is advised to inspect the package from the outside and ensure its safety before the delivery representative leaves.
  • Proof of Identity: The delivery representative may request to see the civil ID or the customer's signature upon receiving high-value items (such as phones and electrical devices) to ensure security.

🔄 Modify or Cancel Order

  • Before Shipping: The customer can modify the delivery address or cancel the order without any additional fees as long as the order is still "in processing" and has not been dispatched with the representative.
  • After Shipment Departure: In case of order cancellation or refusal to accept after it has been dispatched with the representative (without any defect in the product), the customer bearsthe full delivery fees..
